Upon registration it gives and option of free trial. In the website you don't see what membership fee yo pay after trial period. It says about 4$ upon registration. They send a welcome email that I believe even if opened, people barely read until the end. Membership fee is on the end of email. then when I discovered my bank accout got charged 29.96 $ monthly, in 2 months, I called to cancel. It turns out if you cancel couple of days after the payment, that is after you enter the next month, it charges yo the next month fee too. You have access that month although you cancel at the moment and want everything back. I have never seen a company that hides their prices or sends only somewhere in email. One sees the prices upon registration in website, usually, for normal companies. 

Now for the service. First of all, most of the information is incomplete and wrong, starting from phone numbers and finished by employment and other information. For that fee, they could make sure that at least 90% of the information would be accurate or contain at least that much information about a person.
