publicrecords.com claims to provide current publicly available information.  They don't.  The individual that I looked up has 3 publicly listed court cases in the last three (3) years, but publicrecords.com only found things from 20 years ago.  Their "current" address for them was current 5 years ago and, while they claim they use public utility records and the like, they didn't know of this new location even though no less than 4 public utility accounts are in their name at their new address.

Save your money and use google.  They are frauds and when they cannot provide what you pay for, then they blame it on you. To call them scum would be an insult to scum. This is their canned reply to a refund request:
