publicrecordssearchonline.org govregistry.us charges for reports even with paid subscription, Internet

I placed my order through the discount link offered by the online chat session at www.publicrecordssearchonline.org for background reports such as criminal record reports for a total cost of $10.62. 

I received the login information and created my use account but no reports are truly included.  All searches end with links to pay more $$ to supposedly access the report. I did learn that this site is associated with several other sites such as www.govregistry.us that are often blacklisted because of their reputations for ripoffs.

I should have known better because they do not provide a telephone number.  Nearly every scam site avoids telephone numbers and insist on completing useless contact forms for help.
