It is 2011 and these people have not been stopped yet? What is Publishers Clearing House doing to protect the victims of this crime?
Myself, now a victim because I foolishly thought it is was Publishers Clearing House for real and that it was only $11.89 to win One Million Dollars...then they kept sending me mail saying that I had to pay the same $11.89 over and over again... like every week almost! Even when I refused to respond they kept sending me mail... then tempting me with Two Million Dollars, to just pay $13.89.
It was the final notice with 'Offer Fees' of $64.89 for the Two Million Dollar Prize that really set me off and I decided to check the validity of these people... and there they were... Ripe off! Since 2008!
Do not be a victim or foolish like me... and now I keep reading over and over again their line...
"PREMIUM OFFER FEE $64.89 AND FULL PAYMENT
(mandatory if electing Premium Offer and required for delivery.) " this line in much smaller print!
Note the 'if electing'.. however, they go on to push you to check this 'option' and to give your card information. Luckily all they got from me was one check.
