Publishers Billing Assoc. Outrageous overcharging, Trickey renewal, cancellation fee White City, Oregon

I subscribed to Countryside magazine last year for $18.00 for a year and Countryside Magazine offered the second year for $30.00

On July 21,2012  Publishers Billing Association sent a "renewal notice " with the price of $69.95 for two years... $39.95 more than the Magazine offer.... This is outrageous and I believe it must also be fraudelent.  They even charge a $20.00 cancellation fee when you find out you have been "rooked" but this must be done within the first 7 days or no money back.
