Publishers Billing Assoc is somehow accessing my information about my subscription to Guideposts. Then they send out a Notice of Renewal Order that looks like a bill. The price they are charging for the renewal is 3 times the cost of the online renewal at the Guidepost web site.

My big concer is for elderly people that receive this and just pay it because they do not realize it is a rip off scam. This should be illegal to do.
