I started a new job recently and my second day on the job someone called and asked for my boss. I told them he wasn't in and she said well maybe you would be interested. So I listened to her and then she told me that I wasn't obligated to buy anything that they would just send me out a magazine listing. I sent it back to them and marked not interested; Cancel. I have received numerous phone calls saying I owed them over $700. The last time the guy said I could pay them $250 and they would dismiss the other charges. I told him I wasn't paying them anything that it was a scam. They said the $700 was a shipping and handling fee. Who in their right mind is going to order $700 worth of magazines. Anyhow they started sending magazines to my home and to my work. I am a preachers wife and today I received a GQ magazine at work, now doesn't that look proper. My husband called them today and told them not to send anymore magazines. It is a shame that someone has so much time on their hands that they have to resort to this kind of scam.
