They called for the first time early July and I said I will not pay...they, of course, said I had no choice that they had a recording (I asked them if they were the CSI). They called me and left a message while I was on vacation, I did not follow up; they called again and I told them that if I was not receiving a letter stating that my account would be canceled I would file complaints to the FCC and the AG in Florida, Nevada and New-York.
That was a week ago, I am still waiting for the letter, the paper are readyto be mailed on my side, even though I have contacted the FCC and every AG of the 3 states.
Don't let them play you, be mean (like they are) and tell them you won't pay anything. Their recording will not stand anywhere! I'll post if any update.
