publishers clearing house north shore agency say i owe 30 dollars..from pub.clearing house.no clue Nationwide

I do not know what i got from publishers clearing house..then they harass me on the phone..my reply is prove the pkgs were delivered to this address and i received them...do not know what  the stuff is...Get a collection letter telling me i owe 30 dollars but not what for....Look up this company and it has a lot of bad reviews and derogatory comments that they rip people off doing the same thing they are trying with me....and ALL for P.C.H.   tried to call...no live people..just send a check

and how many more will i get of these. so as this date..2/19/16 i am declining to pay for nothing received a shady collection agency and not 1 human to talk to.
