Publisher's Clearing House I received a bill from PCH Harlan IA for $XXX.XX, undisclosed amount, that does NOT match with my documented purchases, checks & Bank postings ,some of which are 50 days old!,I have returned a letter asking for them to clarify this amount? Very Sad that PC I received a "notice" of a balance due on my account that does NOT compare with my records Port Washington New York

I have been a PCH customer for a very long time and since 2013 have purchased many of their products online at times using their advertised payment plans, but other items have paid for totally. On March 17th I receive a notice and Bill from PCH for $618.29 which they say is due on my account?.. I have diligently paid for all items delivered and have a record of the amounts which does not compare with this figure. It was signed by Dan Correnti; Credit Manager,Publishers Clearing House.  I have returned a letter to Mr Correnti asking for a full description of these charges and have also requested to Cancel all Open orders I may have with PCH and cease sending me any literature of their Sweepstakes. *Note: One of the amounts was a check to enter one of their Sweepstakes they advertised. At this time I have requested PCH to send me a full accounting.
