It all started when I played in the PCH sweepstakes due to all of the mail they sent me to play. I made a few purchases and paid them off. Then they started to send me things in the mail. Things that I didn't order or authorize. I got upset because it was a lot of stuff such as boxes of caramel candies, jewelry sometimes sets. I contacted them to find out and straighten out the misunderstanding and they said that they would take care of it. A few weeks later they sent me more tin box candies again. I then got the bill for that and started sending the things back to them in the mail with a letter telling them to take it back because I didn't order them. I think they sent me the tin box caramel nuts more than 6 times without my authorization. I called them by phone again and told them to stop. I then got the bill for these again and paid them. I finally got so fed up that I told them to not ever send me any more notices or solicitations to play in their sweepstakes ever again and to take me off their list of players. A month ago I got a bill from them saying I owed them more money. I did not order anything so therefore I should not be receiving anything from them anymore because I had requested it so. They have made hundreds of dollars from me through force tactics and I have lost respect for this company due to them not listening to me. Now I have just received a notice from North Shore Credit Collections stating that it went on my credit report as unpaid and a "Demand For Payment". I think it's rotten and I am a senior citizen and I'm sick and tired of this company trying to sucker money out of me like this. I do not want to have anything to do with this company anymore and that's final.

What should I do to get rid of them once and for all. I can't get rid of them and I don't want them to send offers, especially junk that I did not order and then have to pay with no way out. I think they owe it to me to straighten it out like they said and remove that bad dot on my credit report. but those were jus. Where should I report these PCH bad business ethics to.
