Publishers Magazine Service ripoff unauthorized deduction from bank account Sandusky Ohio

There was an unauthorized deduction of $49.92 from my bank account using the debit card from May 2004 untill Jan 2005.

The N.Michigan (Chicago) branch customer service personnal said it is my responsibility to call the complany and not to deduct the amount.

Called the company (got the telephone number from bank) to 1800-468-2812 they directed me to call 1800-789-4740 and they asked me to call 1866-452-4415 and then they directed me to call the first number to call..

After 3 days of continuous call I spoke to a different person in 1800-468-2812 and she said there was another person having the same debit card number.
