I received a letter in my email address saying that my email was picked up from a email winning contest ramdom topaz computer saying that I won one million dolllar and the Publisher Clearing House Company with address at 23 Guptal Nagar New Delhie 110057 Publisher Clearing House PCHlotto-2013 email adress clearing @ careceo.com sent a check for one million, a certicate and some document for the bank transaction under my name.

The Publisher House, sent the package toBreakaway Courier E-Mail breakawayscouriers01@paysandu.com with address at Breakaway Courier e-mail and office contact address, contact Mr. Rao Anderson contact email: breakawayscouriers01@paysanducom Phone number+91-9560-728-406 Address: Shop #20 DDA Market Vasant Enclave, Rao Tula Ram Marg, New  110057Delhi DL country India. They asked me for full name, postal address,, sex, age, ocupation and bank account.The person asking for this information is Mr. Dave Sayer, Promotion payment manager tel:00(91)9654792715 He said in his letter that I have to paid just a regular fee that breakaway will collect from me in order to sent me the package no-42T3230 is a PCH package.

But when I received the letter telling me the shipment/terms and conditions to send me the check Breakaway was asking for the amount of $590.95 to sent me the check in 48 hours and $ 855. to send it in 24 hours, i had to sent a western union order, scan the receipt and sent it to then with proof of ID. The western union transaction will be sent it under the name of Stevens Martins to the same address that Breakaway has, My suppose registration number is Cb/4197003/169. 

Well, I believe this is the biggest rip off from your pocket I have ever seen, they have my two emails and my address am scared, but am moving so thanks god, i noticed the fraud on time, please report this stealers. thanks for your help, any help will be really appreciated.
