Pulte/Del Webb My home in Prescott AZ, was on the beautiful golf course fairway, and on one day my world split apart litterally! Scottsdale Arizona

 I had paid off $243,000 of my mortage on my beautiful golfcourse home, in Prescott AZ and had $136,000 left before I could pay if off.  Built in 2002, I had invested all my savings into this home, as I believed real estate could not be stolen, and as a widow, knew I had to provide for my future. My daughter is a golfer, and we fell in love with the incredible fairway, we lived on happily for years.  We moved across the country, leasing the house out, in 2009, planning I would return to retire there one day. 

My financial world litterally cracked wide open on 7-21-11, when my tenants called to tell me "The kitchen floor has buckled, and my wife almost tripped over it!".  Also "The tile in the house is cracked, the walls are cracked, I can see inside the wall in the kitchen, and the ceiling walls are seperated!"  They quickly ended the lease and moved directly across the street for safety reasons.   My peace of mind was shattered, and would soon find out,  I had suddenly lost my entire life savings!!

I had been told by the builders on the phone, on 2 different occasions, that I had a 10 structual warranty, and had a document that stated as such, thus, Mr. Squires come up from Phoenix (15111 N. Pima Rd. suite 100 Scottsdale, AZ 85260, Steven.squire@pulte.com) in Sept, 2009, when I first became aware of some setteling problems.  He told me "this is not unusal for this area", and he assured me it was minor compared to what he had seen in the state of AZ.

After being told by the AZ attorney that I would need to pay $12,000. for a report to diagnois the problem, and up to $100,000. for litigation, I realized I was over my head.  He expected to be paid during the process, not after as he believed they would fight it all the way. While I pleaded for help from Puulte, Poulte finially sent 3 experts out to my home, and they came to agree that the right side of the house has experienced "Lifting", however after years of communication, and then 2 home visits, they denyed any warranty coverage!

I searched for any help or resources that could FIX this problem, but it was very expensive, money I didnt have, and thus saddly ended up doing a Deed of lou. The Prescott Lake Cottages, had been my dream home, I just wanted it fixed, and it truly became a nightmare, that still hauntes me..............
