Pump Warehouse.com Don't order from them Ft Meyers, Florida

I called Pump Warehouse and spoke with Joe on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. I ordered 2) A.O. Smith motors and he said he had them in stock in his Oklahoma City location and they would ship that day. I called on Thursday that I had not received them and asked for a tracking number. He said he would email it to me. He emailed me that 2 motors had shipped. No other information at all. On Friday, I called, leaving voice mails and emailed. I received no response. I called when we returned to our offices on January 4, 2011 and spoke with Joe. I said that I am still waiting for that tracking number. He said he would email it to me. I told him that was what he or his partner told me last week. He made some excuse. I told him that I expected it this morning. He assured me that I would have it.
