Greg contacted me through Craiglist ad looking for someone to install pumptop signs in Southeastern New Mexico on Chevron and Shell gas stations. It was agreed on for $20.00 a station and $50.00 per trip which would have been two trips.
I was to install two signs back to back and four signs total on pumps diagonal from each other. I was to photograph both pumps and the store's address on the building for confirmation of installation. I was then to e-mail the pictures to their address and payment would be sent. This was agreed on telephone. The rest was discussed online through e-mail.
Through e-mails, I requested they send me two sign sets for the last two stations. Greg wants the pictures of the ones already installed. He informs me he will send the signs soon. I send pictures and the communications stop upon confirmation on the receipt of the pictures. I tried several phone calls and several e-mails but no response from the Ruddells. I must assume they've recieved their money for the installs and will not pay me for physically installing the signs for them.
I want to go on record and state the amount owed is $380.00 to me from this company/individuals. I can be contacted by phone or email concerning this. I might even have a recording of their voices stating they will not pay me. They forgot to turn off their phone while leaving a message on my voice-mail.

Clayton,
You were fortunate to get paid. Greg and his wife Kathleen have been doing this kind of activity for some time. Check out reports on Kathleen. They owe my former employer over 90K for services we rendered to these scam artists.
Kathleen tried to say that her uncle was the former CEO of an airline and he was funding their business and that we would get our pay - it never came. You were extremely fortunate to get paid. There is a trail of angry people and it will be a happy day when they are put in their place. I check this location for any updates or new stories on the Ruddells and their twisted scam of a business so I can add my thoughts. They never responded to my posting where I exposed them cause they know every word of what I said was true.
Keep screwing people over Ruddell family - your time is coming.

I need to update my complaint. I have received a check from Greg Ruddell for my services concerning this job. The check has cleared and is entirely good.
I regret my claim/complaint with Greg Ruddell was extremely hasty. This man/company has payed me exactly the amount I asked for. I was completely wrong in the assumption that I was going to be cheated. I deeply appologize for the inconvienience and trouble I may have caused from my hasty actions.

Well, I'm still waiting for any kind of communication from this company. There was a brief moment when Greg called to get the pictures of signs installed. I e-mailed them to him and am waiting their response. That was May 19, this is May 21. I felt he deserved the shadow of doubt, though I knew he was lying when he claimed he couldn't contact me. That meant he operates his business without cell telephone or laptop when on the road ?
So yes, I have to say they were scamming me from the very beginning. As they are making no attempt to pay me for what I did nor any communication after they received services. After reading other reports on his wife Kathleen Ruddell, I find it amusing to believe Greg is any different.
Just wish I could recoup some of the money I've spent.

There has been an update in this situation. I have been contacted by Greg and was informed he had been traveling and was unable to contact me. We have agreed to resend the photos because he said he never received them.
Okay, I will resend them right now. I'm willing to make good and will retract my words. I hope this results in prompt payment.
