I have been denied a $20 rebate for purchasing the software because the UPC Code is invalid.

I purchased the Punch! Super Home Suite from CompUSA. The box was sealed in plastic and the rebate could be seen, clearly, thru the wrapping. I cust the UPC code from the outside of the box as directed. I have attempted to contact the company via Email with no response. My first automatic reply said that I would hear back from the company within 10 hours. Over 80 hours later I emailed them again.
