I truly regreted to write this complaint, as I have moved on from this sham of a business.  Unfortunately, Punch Television Network will not stop calling me, or contacting me to remove a negative review I did on them a year or so back. I am not the Author of the Blacklist website that the reviews are on, so therefore am unable to remove even if I wanted to, which I truthfully don't.

There constant calling and lack of respect to me as a consumer and individual has determined this complaint now, which will even go further to the BBB as well.  They have asked me to remove the negative comments about Punch Television Network because it is causing them to lose their advertisers, which I find ridiculous that one single woman can have that much influence on a "so-called" TV station.

They also included a celebrity, by saying he was nagatively affected by my review and that he wanted the review removed, I happen to be friends with said celebrity, and when I contacted him about this, he nothing of the sort. Once again, Punch TV lied. Their entire practice is to decieve, and I wish the phone calls to stop, before I take legal action.

This Company brought me on as an intern, promised a certificate of completion, that would be recognized by future or potential employers and colleges, this was not the case.  I checked it out and no college or trade school recognizes them as a legitimate training in media or communications. I also never received my "diploma". I have asked several times.  Once my internship was finished, I was asked, rather promised, a paid position with PTVN, this too never happened. I worked many, many hours without pay.

Punch Television Network had me write business proposals, call celebrities to solicit them for TV spots, none ever came through, and why would they? There was no available funding. I understand not having money when starting up, but to make promises, even contracts and then not fullfill them, should be considered fraud.

Like I said, I have moved on from them, I wish they would move on and stop calling and worrying about my reviews...you can bet there will be more of them now.  When I contacted the CEO, asked for my certificate, he said only if I remove the negative comments about PTVN. I guess i will never have that certificate then.  People, do your research on this Company before jumping into anything with them, let's hope they have become more legit these days.
