New Name - SAME METHODS - At the former La Jolla Residence Club we purchased considerable fractional timeshare points in 2010, when offer to purchase all our other timeshare points was made.
By mid-2010 we knew something was wrong ..when several contract obligations were not met. We also filed a complaint with PROFECA in Mexico City with many delays and no action in 2 years. We still have not stayed there ...and it will soon be 5 years since purchase.
When I heard that the resort had a new name ... I was hopeful ... but alas, based on the reports on the internet ..they are continuing with the same game they were playing in 2010. Now the State Department suggests that Americans avaoid Sinaloa, so we can't even go find out what is going on. ...??? Where do we all go from here ???

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud. I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
