I went to these people who are selling use restuarant equipment looking for an Ice Cream Machine. I explained that it had to operate in a concession trailer that only had limited power available to it.

Tony (Micheal Purdy) told me that this machine only required a 220 outlet and would only pull 30 amps. I told him I knew nothing about this machine and he reassured me that it would work great for my concession trailer. He even said he would give me a 90 guarantee on the machine.

I got the machine home and opened the back to check out the wiring and found that it was 3 phase wiring and there was no way it would work in my concession trailer. Heck it won't even work in my home. This machine is setup to be ran in a commericial building with 3 phase wiring, and it requires two 230 volts 30 amp curcits 3 phase to run this machine.

I called him the very next day and told him that there was no way this would work and I needed to bring it back to him for a refund. We have tried everyday for two weeks to speak with Tony but he never has returned are call and Ashely his daugther always makes excuses that he's out of town, not at home, away on business, etc.

We have had the BBB contact them and our Attorney and they refuse to respond.

They know they scammed me and tried to put a bandaid on it by offering me a generator. I explained that wouldn't work because I am not equipped with 3 phase. That was the last I have heard from them.

Honestly, I have no way of even knowing if this machine even works. I have found out through the dealer that this machine is much much older than I was informed by Tony and his team.
