Www.pureandbeautiful.com's website states the following:

"PureandBeautiful.com Hair Care and beauty Products with great prices and excellent service! Our customers are our #1 priority.

Have any questions? Please feel free to call us any day any time. We are here 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

Our products should arrive to you looking as beautiful as you are."

None of these things ended up being true. I placed an order in mid-December with this company. I ordered a BedHead shampoo and conditioner 2-pack, and since I needed to purchase one more thing in order to get free shipping, I got a BedHead dry shampoo I'd been wanting to try. The prices were a little less than you'd see in retail stores or salons, but the 2-packs weren't available in stores when I wanted them, and the singles cost too much.

I needed these things by January 3, when I was set to move to California. A little before that, I began calling and e-mailing to make sure I'd get my package in time. No one answers the phone at this company. It goes to a voicemail, on which I left 4 or 5 messages and never got a response. I also send 2 e-mails, which were never responded to.

I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. A few days after that, I FINALLY heard from Pure and Beautiful. They posted an order tracking number. At this point, I had already moved to California. The package was sent to my former Michigan address, and had to be forwarded to me here.

I ended the Paypal dispute, which I should not have done because I didn't physically have the product yet, but that was my mistake.

When I received my items, the shampoo and conditioner were all taped up with clear packaging tape. I understand they didn't want them to leak, but it looked unprofessional and was a pain in the butt to get off. And now, the bottles are all sticky.

I sprayed the dry shampoo once on my hand to see what it smelled like. When I went to use it a couple days later, nothing came out. I ran the top under water to try and unclog it, but to no avail.

As it turns out, it was EMPTY. They sent me an EMPTY can. Awesome.

At that point, I had cancelled the dispute, but it was after 30 days of my intial payment, so I was basically screwed.

Pure and Beautiful is a waste of time. I'll just buy retail next time.
