Do NOT buy your designer pet clothes from this horrible site! It is dressed up to look all cutsie and pretty, but behind it is some person named Wendy Boswell probably getting her stuff from over seas in a sweat shop selling poorly manufactured items for dogs! Terrible quality, my poor chihuahua wearing their pajamas which are footed to keep small dogs warm supposedly (my chihuahua shakes constantly) fell down a flight of stairs from slipping in these awful things or pajamas or whatever they are calling them. She broke her leg and hasn't walked right since. I contacted the company for a full refund via email and was blown off by the owner. I sent pictures and proof of this accident and my vet bill even - no answer, not even an I am so sorry, we will refund your money at once which is what is should have been!!! Plus, I had ordered Pookie (my chihuahua) a wool coat and dress from this site as well, and it all unraveled after only one washing! RIDICULOUS! The worst of it is, I am out over $900.00 in vet bills for a pair of cheap a*s $24.99 "dog pajamas".... Stay away from this horrible woman and her "designer dog clothes". As one fellow animcal love to another, stick to the local stores for pet stuff, what a crock! I am filing with the BBB as well.

First of all, please accept my sincerest condolences for what your dog is going through. Our pets are our family, and I can't imagine your heartbreak.
Second, this is the first time I am hearing any of this. It saddens me that you didn't feel like you could reach out to us. Our email is on almost every page of our website, and all emails are answered within just a few hours. If you were unhappy with your purchase, we could have worked it out. We stand by our products; however, I must gently point out that we can not be held responsible for the supervision of your dog in your personal residence.
