Pure Energy Products $149.95 ripoff and then sent to collection Oklahoma City Oklahoma

In February I ordered a "Free Trial" of 25 Phentrazine on the internet. My credit card number was to be used only to pay the freight of $4.95.

Two weeks later, I received a package which I had to sign for. At the post office I signed for the package before seeing it, as I thought it was some documentation I was waiting for. The package contained 2 bottles of the same product, for which my credit card was charged $149.95.

I filed a complaint with the company and after may correspondences was told that the agreement to purchase these pills was contained in the "terms and conditions" section of the order. I am still considering filing a complaint with the attorney general of Arizona. I had no choice but to pay my credit card bill. I was told that I had now completed my required purchase.

I returned from vacation a week ago, In the mail was a notification from a collection agency that I had not paid Pure Energy Products $67.50 for pills purchased and supposedly sent on July 28, 2007. The date on the collection letter was August 7, 2007!!

I never ordered or received any product. It was just a way to punish me for complaining and threatening to report the company for false advertising.
