We were hesitant to hire Pure Energy Window Company because we couldn not find any reviews on them.

Needless to say, we made a mistake, we were very upset with the experience.

We should have known not to hire them after their overbearing sales presentation!

Then, I stumbled upon this press release about them, proving that they simply ruin their reputation and then start a new company under a new name!

Owner of Failed Window Company Tries Again

Matt Masters opens another window company after ‘Window Master’ goes out of business.

Lansing, March 20, 2015: Matt Masters, former owner of Window Master, a failed Michigan window company, started Pure Energy Window Company, based out of Lansing, Mich. The closing of Window Master left hundreds of Michigan customers with empty guarantees and no one to service their windows.

The new window retailer, Pure Energy Window Company, incorporated in August, 2014, but cannot service Southeast Michigan due to unresolved legal issues. Pure Energy is also currently awaiting a decision from the Better Business Bureau, who placed their accreditation under review when it was found that Pure Energy misrepresented facts about their company.

Pure Energy’s founders, Matt Masters and Adrian Beaver were former colleagues at a leading window supplier in Southeast Michigan, but parted ways amid customer reports of hostile and aggressive sales tactics and inappropriate behavior on sales calls.

Beware. if you're looking for windows go somewhere else.

We love our new Windows.  It completely changes the feel of the condo, making it lighter and brighter.  The windows are beautiful and work so well.  The workman were punctual and efficient and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day.  the project was finished on time and so far is exactly what we wanted.  Thank you Pure Energy Windows.

Very Happy Customer

AUTHOR: Jenison Homeowner - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 29, 2015

Our house is 15 years old and the windows we have are crap.  The company that manufactured them went out of business.  When contacted by Pure Energy, we were given the no bull show.  We were very impressed with the product and salesmanship.  We replaced 2 windows and a slider.  Let me tell you, I can already tell the difference.  Everything was handled very professionally.  The follow through was there.  I would use this company again!

False and Fictitious Claims Against Pure Energy Window Company

AUTHOR: pureenergywindow - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 22, 2015

This response is coming from the owners of Pure Energy Window Co., Adrian Beaver and Matthew Masters. With over 46 collective years in sales and 33 years specifically in window and home improvement sales, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer ever has question or concern about their service, it is our top priority. For this reason, we were surprised when this negative review was made by an anonymous individual posing as a former customer. The investigation, which has been turned over to our attorney, has so far revealed that this anonymous poster has never been a customer of Pure Energy. As to the referenced press release, this too is another anonymous posting on a blog site that we believe is from the same source. As to that source, we believe based on our preliminary investigation that this posting is coming from a competitor with a documented history (as set forth in various court filings and sworn affidavits) of engaging in questionable business tactics.

If you are concerned about the false reports made by this anonymous poster, please feel free to contact either Mr. Masters or Mr. Beaver directly at (248) 388-8668 or (734) 223-7734 respectively. Again, we are committed to doing right by our customers and we will be happy to invest our time in that commitment and set the record straight as to these anonymous and false statements.

Thank-you,

Pure Energy Window Company
