Pure Fitness Mesa AZ Joe the General manager Deceptive business fraudulent credit card charges, no way to cancel any credit card "agreement" Mesa, Arizona

They are fraudulent deceptive and illegal in the way they do business.  Joe at the Mesa store on Alma School was rude, arrogant and did not understand even with all of the information given to him about how I came in and cancelled my credit card from being charged and I filled out paper work and my son would take over payments (if he wanted to continue if not then hes done).  No, Joe insisted that I never did that it was all just hersayand there are no forms and he could create for or any legal document saying that I want to stop my credit card from being charged.  He was going to keep charging my credit card with late fees and charges until my son comes and cancels or gives them his credit card information, (he does not have a credit card). 

  This business needs to be investigated and all of these reports from Rippoff.com and other complaints need to be considered.
