I signed up for a trial product for which I paid shipping. The package don't has any instruction and/or returned details before 14 days.

I discovered that within 2 weeks there was a bank charge.  I called and cancelled any further shipments and then recently noticed another bank charge that when I called was for the second product. 

I assumed when I called the first time that it was for both products.  I had no idea that I had agreed in small print for them to charge me two weeks after purchase $89.95 and then was really upset to find out that I also was charged $77.56 after cancellation.

I called again to customer service 1-888-485-3118 to confirm my cancelation, they agree that I canceled.  And, I ask him about the second charge for $77.56?  and there was "you canceled the first charge but not the second one".  I told them the 2 week trial was for both product, not for separate items and when I called was to cancel the entire order no partially. 

I requested refund second charge,  they said sorry but they cannot refund. They said that I agree for that, I requested copy of my agreement and they apologized and told me that they did not has accept to the agreement. 

I paid $166.47 for two bottles that I saw no results with!
