 Internet ad Claims to send you a free trial for $4.95. They neglect to tell you that after 14 days of ordering (not after use or receipt of product) that you must call to cancel or you will be billed full price of $79.95 for the Garcinia Cambogia and $78.85 for the Mango Cleanse. These charges are for the Initial "free trial" product that you already received. They have terms and conditions in very tiny print at the bottom of their internet ad, you have to click on that and be directed to another page where, also in fine print, it tells you of these charges, but it is confusing at best. It is not highlighted to click here, nor does their confirmation email say anything about needing to cancel within 14 days to avoid more charges.  You also have to cancel future shipments at this point, or they will bill you this amount every 30 days, apparently they do not issue refunds, even for unopened bottles. Furthermore, when you receive the product, this information is not included in the package. 

 

Customer service was very rude and unwilling to understand that their ads are misleading. If you plead that you did not understand these terms and they were almost impossible to see, they will not budge on a refund and tell you that you should have not ordered the product to begin with if you did not want it.

 

Note: the bottles are shipped separately, and I received the second one only one day before the 14 day trial period was up, I complained of this to them, but customer rep Sierra said, that does not matter, if you received it late you should have called and requested an extension on the time limit!  

 

i asked to speak to a supervisor, and conveniently they were all in a meeting and Sierra said she could handle it.
