I first seen this on the internet it poped up when i was looking for the green coffe bean to help me loose weight so i filled out all my information to be sent a free bottle and only pay the shipping price of 9.95 but i then changed my mind and cancled the order. By this time they already had my phone number so they began calling me every day to get me to try this.

So i decided to try the one bottle for 9.95 the lady on the phone said i could recieve two more bottles for half price if i wanted to do the weight loss challenge but i could cancle at any time. I recieved the first bottle and began to use it. It started to make my stomach upset so did not want to use this any more about two weeks later i see a charge on my bank accout for 99.90 from these people so i call and tell them i want to cancle the order and i wanted a refund that i did not like the product and had no idea that i would have to pay another 100.

The lady on the phone told me i could not do anything until i recieved the shipment and then i could call to cancle and not recive future orders and when i asked her if i ship the product back would i recive a refund she hung up on me. So i called back 4 more times and she kept hanging up on me she was VERY rude! So i finally called my bank to dispute the charge.

The customer service rep. from my bank said i had to handle this with the company and i told him they keep hanging up on me so he called and we all talked to another person who was also very rude the worst costomer service i have ever heard in my life they refuse to give me my money back i am changing my credit card number now so they can not charge me any more money these people are nothing but a scam beware!
