On my first call, I was told only one person answers emails. Unacceptable and down right scam.
Then when asked for a supervisor I was told to ask for Nancy VP of the Company and disconnected.
Second call someone answered Genesis Today ... and hung up. Genesis today is in Austin, Tx.
Third call and over a month still no product and when I spoke to someone they said it has already shipped and should receive it shortly ... I asked where it was being shipped from and they said Austin, Texas.
I asked for the address of the company and a unfound Las Vegas Address on google maps was given.
Who are the owners of this company??? Even the website is questionable.
If they lie to people about ordering, shipping and delivery the exact location of the company then I would highly suspect that the product is a lie too. All Red Flags.
I just went to my bank and they have credited my account ... do the same if you canor cancel your order.
Shame on You Pure Life for being dishonest and a down right scamm!
