The initial contact offered product drops and cream at a discount price of $4.99 each and then without information of the name of the company or how to handle future deliveries. Then I started to get automatic shipments of their little packages of cream and small bottles of drops. The one month charge was $89.95 or $89.99 on my charge. I didn’t use the stuff and I got my charge card info today and called them right away to complain about their business practices and to inquire about a refund and to get my name off their product delivery plan which I was entitled to do. She gave me a scripted run around but eventually return information. I looked up the address on the internet and think I got a bogus zip code or at least a code I couldn’t match up with any code there. So I called MasterCard and submitted a complaint. Now I am going to the local post office and mail the stuff back but I saw other complaints where they denied receiving the packages even though UPS had paperwork proving delivery. I expect similar problems await me. I will probably have to eat $199+ unless MC helps me out here.
