I placed an order from this company on April 26, 2012 after seeing a report on the Dr Oz program about pure Green Coffee Beans. I received my order confirmation and my account was debited $25.98 for my order. I waited 2 weeks and then placed a call at their toll free # 888 323-9355 and heard a pre-recorded message stating due to the overwhelming response to the Dr Oz show the company was back ordered but working hard to catch up on the delays.

On 5/11/12 I then emailed the company at their web address be-well@purehealth100.com asking for any update. Naturally, no response was received. My next attempt to get the company to respond to my order was on 5/16/12 when I placed another call at the aforementioned toll free number [888 323-9355] and this time another pre-recorded message stated all orders for April 26, 2012 were mailed on 5/16/12. I again waited for my order to arrive, but again, nothing was received!

On 5/22/12, which is a full 3 weeks after my initial order, I actually got through to a live person at the company's toll free # and spoke with "JUDY" I stated my original order date of 4/26/12 and she preceded to tell me that those orders were shipped on 5/11/12. I then questioned her about the discrepancy because according to the company the ship date was 5/22/12 not 5/11/12 as she had just stated! She then asked for my confirmation number again, said she would research it and placed my on hold. After a few minutes "JUDY" returned to the phone only to tell me this time "that my order at been returned by the post office." 

Naturally, I questioned "JUDY" why my order was returned, and all she could say was "I don't know, but we have had a couple others returned yesterday, and now yours returned today." I had her verify my mailing address and questioned her about what/how the company was planning to do to resolve these returned items. "JUDY" then offered to RESEND my order via UPS  and apologized for the delay.

Well, it has now been 35 days since my original order. Recall, I placed it on April 276, 2012 and today is now May 31, 2012! No order has been received, the phone number rings off the hook, and no response to my emails. This company is a FRAUD! I am demanding my money and refuse to give up!
