SCAM ALERT!!!!!! My real estate company partnered with Pure Hearts R Us in 2013 and this company is a complete SCAM. My company made a business loan to the CEO Aaron Leonard and he never made any attempts to pay the loan back. He completely avoided all forms of communication, email, calls and refused to pay the debt that he owed even after he had signed a written agreement to do so. After winning a judgement against Mr. Leonard on July 14, 2015 (Case#15S03188 Inglewood Court House), I learned that he conveniently filed for a chapter 13 bankruptcy in April of 2015. Not only did he evade paying me, but he has a huge list of creditors he has scammed out of paying them as well. His bankruptcy case no. is 1:15BK10989VK. This person is a scam artist. His company is suppose to teach people about financial literacy and get people into homes. How can you teach people about finances when your own finances are in shambles? All he does is put on worthless 8 hour training courses and rob money from clients, his business partners and the people who trust in him. His scam is to over charge people for the 8 hour home buying seminar and get paid by HUD for housing counseling. You can get the same seminar cheaper with more information at NACA or Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services. I have personally spoken with several clients of Pure Hearts R Us and they all told me that their experience with Aaron Leonard was unprofessional and they did not feel as though they learned anything from his program. Aaron Leonard also goes by the name Sheldon Sholom (ask for his drivers license for verification), which is how he deceives people and evades paying his creditors. He is a dishonest, deceitful and malicious person and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Ms. Sherilyn Correa provided false and misleading information regarding me and Pure Hearts R Us. Furthermore, on January 12, 2016, the Federal Bankruptcy Law 362, which governs the automatic stay under the Bankruptcy code. In making that finding the Court awarded reasonable attorney's fees and expenses incurred in litigating this violation, tentatively awarding me $3000 in actual damages and ordering her to return the money that she illegally took.
Ms. Sherilyn Correa has damaged my reputation and slandered my name by attacking my personal and professional character on ripoffreport.com. This is also an attack on my family and business associates. Ms. Correa is a licensed California Real Estate Broker who is fully aware that she has engaged in illegal and unethical behavior. I am pleased to be able to report that the Federal Bankruptcy Court ruled in my favor, awarding me monetary damages against for Ms. Correa for her unlawful and unethical behavior. The Bureau of Real Estate is being made aware of her actions and the Courts ruling.
