Do not buy pure lift. I am in the UK and signed up to a free sample - it said my card would then be billed monthly for a regular supply unless I cancelled.

BUT you can't cancel. Their UK number ring unobtainable at some times and is closed with a voice message at all other times giving their opening hours. Even when they should be open, you get the voice recording.

Also, I think Rip Off Report needs to check the link to customer services that the pure lift "employee" has included. It doesn't go to customer services at all, it's a link to a google search so it looks like someone is getting paid every time one of us clicks on that link?

I have been trying to get a refund since June but the bank say a debit card payment has to be cancelled by the supplier - the bank doesn't have authority! I've had to change my debit card to try to stop it happening but they can't promise because they can only blacklist companies that have so far tried to fraudulently debit my account - these include kit access, youthsupp, elite pack - all apparently based in Cyprus. But if the company passes my details to another of its affiliate companies, the bank will not be able to block the payment.

I am over 200 (approx $280?) out of pocket and have spent hours on the phone with the bank.
