Pure Nutrients (Nature Cleanse) charged when no way to cancel. Howe Oklahoma

I signed up for Acai Advanced and Nature Cleanse off an ad about a Poteau woman losing weight (Poteau is near my home) about 4 AM on 5/6/09? I was sent an email by each product and they apparently shipped products that day. It was supposed to cost $5.95 s&h only. About a week or so later, I received the products. Immediately, I realized that I could not take Nature Cleanse. So I started searching how to contact them by email.

I contacted the Acai company and was told how to ship the product back with no additional charges. Pure Nutrients (or someone) billed me $88 on 5/20 on my credit card. I plan to send this product back. When I finally found a phone number in fine print, I called on 6/5 ( I could never find how to contact them after many searches on email). They were saying they had just shipped another bottle of the product on 6/5 (less than a month from my first contact with them), but they could cancel any further shipments. They told me I could not get my money back (this one was $93 or $98), but I plan to refuse shipment (I have not received it yet as of 6/14). I plan to reverse the charges on my credit card also.

I cannot believe they can charge me after 14 days use, when I had not received the product and had it in my hands for 14 days. And I had company and emergency out-of-state trips before 6/5. And I cannot believe they can ship me a 2nd bottle before my 1 month is up (14 days after the first charge - for which I just received the bill).

Do I have a chance on getting my money back?
