Do not give up your fight!!  They are counting on it.

I ordered Nature Cleanse from purenutrientsproducts.com and an Acai Detox product from a similar company in July.  The advertisement said it was a 30-day trial, gave a form for name, address, etc., then the next screen was a credit card info. form.    I received a confirmation call that I ordered the product and that I wanted monthly supplies at 93.00 each.  I told the operator I did not authorize them to charge anything but the trial to my card.  I received the product, but 3 weeks later  I received a notice from my credit card company that unusual charges were on my account.  On the same day, I received a second bottle of Nature Cleanse with an 88.00 statement of billing on my card.

I immediately contacted the company and demanded a refund, after being on hold about 10 minutes.  She said I could cancel future orders but that she couldn't do anything about the previous 88.00 charge.  I said I would contact the credit card company, dispute the charges, and report them.  She said she would speak to a "supervisor".  She then returned, told me I had to return the 2nd bottle within 30 days to a specific address with a special Return authorization number and they would refund my money.

When I finished, I immediately called my credit card company, and learned about the "unusual" charges.  I was being charged every 2 weeks by both companies for about 90.00 each.  I had to write an official document disputing all the charges (6 total). 

I returned the product by registered mail several weeks ago.  However...

Currently, Pure Nutrients has sent documents through a company, Transaction Management Solutions, implying that I entered the agreement with full knowledge. They even sent a copy of one of their website pages with "see purchase terms below before ordering" posted on the page.  The statement was not on there in July.  A "satisfaction guaranteed" is also currently on the site, but was not there in July.  

It's not a 30 day trial when they start charging your card 14 days later!  Now I have to further dispute the charges, prove I cancelled the "membership" and prove that I returned the product, and cancel that card.

Pure Nutrients       and

Rainforestberry

All of them also charged a Foreign transaction fee of at least 2.49

I'm a college-educated, well-traveled individual who eats healthy and has done a detox program before with great success, losing almost 20 pounds and returning to pre-pregnancy weight.  I looked for loop holes, and read as much "fine print" on the site that I could find at that time.  (There's quite a bit on there now, since the complaints.)  I don't understand how a company in America with a BBB rating of F and 582 similar complaints nationwide, can still be in business and taking people's money!  Why haven't they been shut down!?
