DO NOT BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM HERE! Pure Pet Pups LLC purchases their puppies from dog breeders in PUPPY MILL states!
Same as the other reviewer, after having difficulties with my puppy, I found out that my puppy's mother has KCS (which is hereditary if found in dogs of such young age) and is blind in one eye!
After admitting to me that the dame of my new puppy was blind, MidAmerica Pet Association (his breeder network) contacted the breeder and the breeder changed their story so that they could stay in business! Robert and MidAmerica Pet Association are ripping everybody off!! BEWARE! You should never pay thousands of dollars for dogs bread from blind parents especially in breeds that are more susceptible to those conditions.
Having provided Pure Pet Pups with all the required veterinary reports and diagnostics that required the vendor to reimburse for vet bills, the owner violated the State of California Consumer Protection Laws by refusing proper payment. And has no proper documentation to support his refusal.
POOR BUSINESS ETHICS AT THEIR BEST! Even if he was not aware of the way his puppies were bread, he should have out of good faith and proper business ethics reimbursed my money. The bottom line is I tried to do everything according to the contract on getting what is owed to me in the state of California, however this vendor broke the law and will now face the consequences of such negligence.

The puppy in question got an eye condition which is common in pugs. This condition may or may not be hererditary. In this case it could not be proven that the eye conditon was due to a hereditary condition. The owner wanted a refund anyway or they threaten us with bad reviews. All data has been documented. For additional confirmation call Back Bay pet hospital at 949-756-0554. Dr. Fanous is the attending DVM.
