I won a Lifetime Membership. Now when I try to log in, I can't because it tries to force me into a free trial". Since I have the Lifetime Membership I shouldn't be forced to use the so called trial. There is no way to call the company, I have sent at least 10 emails this fall since July regarding getting this. I keep getting promo offers but no response to my issue
