Pure Rain Nail Spa Chicago Overcharged me $700 and cut my finger very badly during manicure Chicago Illinois

Do not go to Pure Rain Nail Spa located on 437 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60601 located on the corner of Dearborn Street and Congress Parkway. I went there one time and they literally overcharged me $700 for what was supposed to be only a $35 manicure on Wednesdays. When I called Pure Rain Nail Spa to let them know, a very rude girl with broken English answered the phone, she denied it, told me to shut my mouth and then hung up the phone on me. Pure Rain Nail Spa Chicago never credited me back the $700 they overcharged me. I spoke with my bank and disputed the incorrect $735 charge because it clearly showed on the receipt that the charge was only supposed to be for $35, not $735 like the owner of the Pure Rain Nail Spa overcharged me. The worst thing of all is that the owner of Pure Rain (I think her name is Nadiya) who took my payment, purposely overcharged me $700 for a $35 manicure. 

To add insult to injury, the nail tech at Pure Rain Nail Spa who have me my manicure cut my finger so badly that I bled profusely and I had to get stitches. Not only did Pure Rain Nail Spa try to steal and overcharge me $700, but they also physically hurt me and cut my finger open. It was the worst experience in my life.

There are a lot of other better nail salons in that area and in Chicago. Pure Rain Nail Spa Chicago is the worst place ever, they will rip you off, they have the worst service, it is very dirty there, they do not clean their supplies and they will cut your finger(s) and toe(s). Customers, residents, community beware!! The Health & Human Services and the city of Chicago are closing down Pure Rain Nail Spa located on 437 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago , IL 60601.

Pure Rain Nail Spa is going out of business soon anyway because people are realizing how bad the place truly is.
