The Pure Weight Loss Center site says to download the refund form and send it with any necessary copies to back up the claim to an address in Horsham, Pa. Send it certified mail and it would be processed within 8 weeks. Mailed it on January 16, 2008, and was returned today February 4, 2008, as "return to sender. not deliverable as addressed. unable to forward."
There is no phone number to contact the company.
Add to this CareCredit (GE money services) expects me to still pay for a product that will never be available.
When I went to jenny craig - they were not aware that there was supposed to be a reciprocation of the balance of the pure weight loss contract in lieu of their service fees.
All I want is my money to be refunded.
