Pure Weightloss took the money and ran NYC Internet

Pureweightloss (formerly LA Weightloss) makes the consumer buy a one year maintenance plan in addition to weightloss weeks. When they changed their name, they put all their products on sale. The employees said the products were sale because they had the old company name on them. I asked if they were going out of business and was of course told an emphatic NO.

I want a refund for the year's manitenance fees. I called the phone number posted on the Internet and the door of the closed center. Funny, no one answers. A machine say they are open business days between noon and 5pm eastern time. I called at 2:15 pm on a Friday, eastern time...no answer, just the machine.
