After receiving an email from this company saying the order is pending, in which they acknowledged the funds I sent. I waited over one week and emailed them to ask if item has been sent or when will it be sent. I have not received any email from them at all. Even though they say they will get back to you in 48 hours. I have wasted over sixty Aus dollars with this mob.
They don't use paypal which is really suspect. For I know paypal people chase these characters up when there is a customer dispute.

I've been using purebulk since 2015. I've spent several thousand dollars with that company. I've only had one issue that was resolved quickly. Due bad handling by the delivering company, one of the supplements (powered supplement) broke open on transit.
I called the company and they offered to replace the damaged product if I sent it back. All of their supplements are great.

We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated and never recieved your supplements. However we have always accepted PayPal as a payment option. I looked through our records and could not find an order that looked like it may be yours. All of our orders that have shipped to Adelaide, Australia were paid for using PayPal Payments Pro, and their shipment tracking numbers confirm that they made it to Australia.
Do you have an order number that I can look up?
