I have ordered from this company and received product promptly with no problems.

Back in January of 2009 I ordered a pint of H2O2 from Celeste's pureh2o2forhealth.com. I paid via PayPal. The order arrived as expected, when expected. No drama, no problems. I've only now run out and while searching online to again find the URL I happened upon this site and its defaming reports. As a satisfied and soon-to-be-repeat customer, I want to go on record that although this company may have had their PayPal account hacked at some point, it's an honest purveyor of a high-quality product.

I want to say I have ordered, received and used products from this company and have found them to be very professional. I received my order quickly, had no problems with my credit card and LOVE the effects of the peroxide and the sea salt. I am in fact about to make a third order of two gallons because in a family of five, it goes fast. I don't like to medicate myself or my children unless I have to, and the peroxide and sea salt help with alot of ailments. Not to mention, as a mother of three, this peroxide is THE BOMB!! It makes me feel like I've taken a wonderful vitamin for about three days. I can really tell the difference when I use it. And the free sea salt I use for scratchy throats and mouth injuries. It's good stuff. But I have gotten those emails from Paypal, I don't respond to them, I go to my paypal account and log in to see if there are any problems. I have been getting those emails since I first got a paypal account, and have only been oredering from this company for a few months. They have taken off the paypal because they had problems with it. Also, there is a phone number right on the website if you need to call. I have called to make an order and spoken right to a person. I do believe this is a good company with a good product.

I have had NO problems with them, got the product quickly (4 days form Florida to Tennessee via FedEx) and even had customer service & Celeste the owner call me back quickly (24-48hrs.) Because I had a couple of questions about the product. Product had only their labels on the box & looks like it was created by them, not just a re-seller. The NEW Google Checkout System was very easy & fast also.

So I am happy with them and their product, I will use them again in the future.

Oh, I guess I could just keep showing how false "Bob's" complaint is in ways you can see for yourself.

Call FedEx and see if you can open up a shipping account, telling them you have no phone number - like "Bob" claims. They won't do it. Try to get them to pick up shipments from a fake address. Can't happen. Just like he claims our phone number is fake - when its on the website and you can call it.

Surprise, I unexpectedly received one gallon of supposedly Food Grade H2O2 delivered by FedEx. Since things appeared fishy after my prior experience (See my original comments), I decided to do some more checking. The shipping address on the FedEx shipping label was a non existent address in a non existent city (Benta, PA) with an unreachable phone number.

I called FedEx and they stated that the shipping company is Guardian of Eden (See reports on Ripoff for this company), they had no phone listed for the shipper and the shipment actually came from Ft. Worth, TX.

Now I am hesitant to use the product before I get a chemical analysis of it. By the way it was supposed to be 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide but the label on the bottle just stated Food Grade without a percentage.

So if you think you are ordering from Celeste's Pureh2o2 for Health it is actually Guardian of Eden. Buyer beware!!
