Like a fool, responded to faxed solicitation to try 3 golf clubs for 30 days, with refund if not kept minus shipping. Returned clubs as instructed on Nov 19, 2002. Called Purespin Golf in Dec, 2002 to inquire about refund. I was told that it would take 30 days to process.

In late Jan 2003 I called again and the runaround started. I reported this to my credit card company and due to 90 days since purchase, they were useless. The BBB also tried and could not get a response.

Since then I have placed 30-40 phone calls all ended in dead lines or left messages that have never been returned. Also have sent about 40 e-mails to purespin customer service, not one answer.

The dirty SOB's even acknowledge that the clubs were received. How this company could possibly stay in business is the mystery of the century. I'd sue them for their entire lousy company if I could. The BBB received 67 complaints like mine last year.
