This company offered free merchandise, then illegally charged and charged my credit card without authorization.

I called the 888# I waited 40 minutes to speak with Jai who promptly hung up on me. I recalled the 888# & spoke with Aby who told me " We have no one by that name in our records, no one with that order #, no phone number matching yours, no credit card number on file. I have looked everywhere I can and cannot find you".

I asked how they can continue to bill my account without any information on me and he was not able to explain this. I told him I did not want any ot their product and not to bill me again and he said they had not.

I can prove they have billed over and over.

This is a dishonest company. I need assistance in resolving this matter.
