Damian sells items he does not stock. He will lie to you saying he is going on a trip to Cuba to "stock up" but most of the time you have to ask for a refund. I tried one of his Cuban cigars and I can tell you it is 100% fake.

His prices should prove that. It is like the old saying "If it sounds to be to good...." Both of his sites are on the US Customs watch list, so any package coming into JFK in New York or Chicago is going to be opened and you will be out your money. Get him to tell you about order #5904. He will tell you there was no order but there was. I printed the order out myself. You should avoid this place at all costs. Just give him a call and see if he ever answers the phone. It will ring all day.

His number is on the website. Call it before you order and see what happens. This man will lie and say what you want to hear to get your money. You have been warned. Anyone that has smoked a real Cuban cigar will see his are fake the first moment you see it. Not even a good fake. I'm sure he has people waiting on him right now to get back from Cuba with their order. So take it for what it is worth. Just know if a package does show it, a Fed might be right behind the Postman. Not worth prison time over getting fake cigars.

AUTHOR: Jer2010 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 14, 2010

By all means call that number and see if anyone answers. It will ring all day long. He has said he put out my Visa number and address. Onlything is I never placed the order. He has no order from me, only one from a friend in another country. But if he will do this to someone who never even placed the order, just think what he will do to you. Here is the email he left out. And please search other sites about problems with him. US Customs is aware of this person and will open any box coming into the US. Just read these and you will see what you are dealing with. Yes my mother tried to order a bottle of rum from him twice. She had to get a refund because he didn't have it in stock. If you look you will see his rum page is gone. He sells things he doesn't have. I still have the refund printed out that he gave my mother. The guy can't keep a payment center because they get tired of giving refunds out. Now he has posted my friends Visa number and says he reported me for going to a third country to visit Cuba.Only problem with that is I have never had a Passport so how did I get there. He has also said he was going to send me something every week that is from Cuba and report it. Can't wait to see him prove that as I have never ordered from him and my mother switched banks back in Feb. so he doesn't have her new card number. Just read these emails from him and know this could be you. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

So go ahead and report it as you will only incriminate yourself. Good bye again!! Oh...I have these e-mails also... US Customs and Justice Department. Nah...I have no time to waste on you as I do not threaten people or try to take thier money.

A trouble marker? You keep saying you never billed me. I don't know why you can't understand I never placed the order to begin with. Funny that I get rum all the time from Europe and never once in 10 years had a problem with Customs. Just don't know why you keep saying you never billed me. You mean that the person that placed the order was never billed. And so that post from that guy was a fraud? You mean like the email you sent me saying you were going to Cuba on Monday and was going to ship on the 7th or 8th?
I will say goodbye to and I am going to make sure US Customs puts your site on their watch list for items coming into the country. They have a tip line where you can do this. They will open every box you send to the US.  I am not going to stand by and let people here get ripped off. Seems even your cigars are not real Cubans. I told Fabian in Germany that you now have his Visa number and the 3 numbers on the back and to let his bank know. I do find it funny that you can't even explain the email you sent me on the 3rd. You haven't even tried to explain it. But if is the last thing I do I am talking to the Customs agent to make sure
any package you send gets red flagged and opened. So goodbye and I leave you once again with that email you sent me that you won't even try and explain.
I think because it was a flat out lie. There won't be anymore emails. Travelling to Cuba on Monday the 5th, yeah right.

This is why i cancelled your order as you seem to be a trouble maker. Goodbye and again you were not billed online and the order has been cancelled. The reason also is I started to send liquid again and you are first person to order and its just too much headache shipping alcohol as it always get confiscated. Thats why I am going to remove this category from website. Now I could have billed you and shipped this order knowing that the chances of delivering into the US were slim - but I didn't.

At least I know I am not alone when it comes to problems on orders.

you will find some wonderful reviews, especially about how honest he is. I believed them! My mistake. I placed an order on his website, received a confirmation immediately, was charged 2 days later, and then the nightmare began. I will say that I received part of my order. But the remainder of the order... well, after numerous emails, phone calls (which are not answered as the phone service as of 10-28-08 is no longer in service), attempted faxes, etc, I've had to go to my bank and ask for their assistance in recovering my money. Whether this will happen or not remains to be seen. However, word needs to be sent out about this man and his outright stealing.

And this was a flat out lie. Don't know why you would even send me an email saying you are going to Cuba on Monday the 5th and would ship on the 7th or 8th.
You sell things you don't even have. I have been posting my reviews of your site on every board I can find and told Fbian to do the same. My mother ordered twice from you last year and had to get a refund because you didn't have that bottle in stock. Seems like if you were going to sell a bottle of Havana Club 3 year old you would have it in stock. But it was you that sent me this email. Didn't even bother to send an email saying you didn't go. There are to many places to order from that stocks the items they have for sale. Now tell me how this email was not a lie? Look at the date you sent it.

On July 3rd  you said you were going to Cuba on Monday July 5th and would be shipping on July 7th or 8th. I read where a lot of people have had the same problems. You shouldn't try and sell what you don't have. I can see why your phone is never answered.

I was the one who emailed you about when this was going to ship and that I had made a trade with a guy in Germany. You emailed me back and said it would be shipped on the 7th or 8th.
So will it be next week before it ships? This is where it is coming to.
