I too was ripped off by this Purple Rhino.. It was supposed to be a trial offer, 30 days, and yet they charged my card almost instantaniously with order.  I received a testorone muscle med, that I did not order.  I wanted to return both.  They stated that  while I could return the balance of my pills at my shipping costs, they would cancel in 15 days.. They would not credit the non ordered bottle since they said it was a single no trial order, and I would be charged.  It did not fall within the window of the "trial" issue. 

This is a ripoff.  The way the internet site is set up is you order the trial and then other screens continue to follow without concern to a "do not order" checkmark for other products.  I am returning all i can... it does not do anything... and
