A sales person saying he was from INCFORTUNE called saying he noticed my profitmart site has no sales and that if I would purchase "The Truth" DVD's, I would be able to contact him until my DVD's arrived as a coach and then with the DVD's I would get my own personal coach for $275.00.  Also, I would have a 30 day trial period where I cold return the DVD's for a full refund.  In his words, John Paul Raygoza's personal gaurantee. The DVD's would be step by step instruction that I could follow along with my PC in order to begin bringing in $2000 a month from my website in just 2 months time.  This without buying or spending another dime of my own money.

He never mentioned Push Traffic Inc. but this the company the DVD's arrived from.  The DVD's arrived with no information on where to return them.  When watching the DVD's there was no step by step.  What I got was a view of John Paul Raygoza as he rattled off his web sites that you would just have to use while he pointed at a board that you could not see.  Evidently the instructions on the board he was using were for the people attending his seminar and not those that purchased the DVD's.

I learned nothing useful.

Since then, I have opened a "ticket" at Push Traffic Inc requesting the information to send back the DVD's with no answer.  Tried calling their telephone number which is never answered, tried calling the number I was given by the Sales person/ ha ha coach, also no answer no return call.

This company is a total ripoff.  I will be sending the tapes back with US priority mail to the address where they came from with proof that they arrive there and then I will be going back through my Mastercard company to get my money back from this fraud.

Do not fall for this.  Hang up on the sales man selling anything from John Pal Raygoza including any calls from him as before my DVD's arrived, he called trying to get me to spend even more with him on a credit card.  Even he said send the DVD's back of course he didnt tell me there wouldn't be an address or return form TO send them back with.

Sheesh.  Run from this group

The REAL Urlybird says...

AUTHOR: Urlybird - (Australia)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 29, 2009

Urlybird contains an "l" (pronounced 'ell'. Other fakes, pretending to be Urlybird, spell it differently. Could that almost appear to be identity theft?

And, Hiddenite, I hope you do get your money back.
You probably will. It would be nice publicity for PushTraffic.

But then again, I guess, every man and his dog would start clambering for their own refunds, when they see PushTraffic's change of heart. It might send a chain reaction of claims that could threaten their millionaire lifestyles.

Always check the spelling. Therein lies a clue to the PushTraffic scam

"Gail" isnt the real Gail

AUTHOR: fmremployee - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, September 28, 2009

the reason why "gail" sounds so crazy is because the post that apparently apologizes to John from gail is actually john pretending to be gail. read some of the other threads and youll see wat i mean. who would call themselves a "b**ch" when they apologize. nice try john

Stealing threads

AUTHOR: G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 25, 2009

Uglybrd or what ever your ID is.  This is a serious report.

Please discontinue stealing other people's report threads for your own strange agenda.  One minute you are berating this company and the next you are apologising to them.

This makes you sound as if you are off your rocker.

I personally just want my $249 for the DVDs I returned to this company within my 30 day time limit.  Thats all.

Stop the drama and please stay out of my thread.  I'd like to get this resolved.

I'm so sorry John Raygoza. You have made such a huge difference in my life and because of you I have made money on the internet. Thank you so much - you are such a dear friend and I believe in you!

I'm so sorry for being a b***h - I woke up today and I realized that what I did was wrong....

Thank you for helping me out!

Best,

Scam under any name

AUTHOR: Urlybird - (Australia)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 23, 2009

PushTraffic has such a soiled reputation that they are now trying the same tricks under the names of IncFortune and SuccessRate. They can't stop. It's like an addiction. Free money. No refunds. They are becoming more and more brazen.

Beware of PushTraffic, IncFortune, SuccessRate and any other company associated with John Paul Raygoza. (eg. JumpLaunch, YourAffiliateSuccess and the list probably goes on). They have proven themselves over and over to have fraudulent intent.

The Support Ticket with Push Traffic Ha!

AUTHOR: G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 22, 2009

Below is the support ticket I opened with Push Traffic.  I've removed my last name and their support person's name.  They actually closed the ticket after replying that I was suppose to ship the DVD's back within 3 days of them being shipped to me.  I'm pretty sure they didnt arrive in North Carolina from Calif within 3 days of being shipped but you can read below for yourself.

I had to reopen the ticket in order to put in my reply that they had already accepted delivery of the returned DVDs.

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing the Truth DVD. However, our return policy require you to ship the product back within three days of shipment for a full refund and therefore you are no longer eligible for refund.

Actually, I was told over the phone when buying that I had 30 days to return and I am well within my 30 days. And, the tapes are already delievered and I have a receipt from USPS showing this. I will now be going back through mastercard to obtain my funds back and reporting you to the BBB.

Thank you for none of your time. :)

Even more of their ridiculous ripoff efforts.

AUTHOR: G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 22, 2009

Below I will paste the ticket I opened with Push Traffic about returning the DVD's that I was suppose to have a 30 day money back on.  Notice the "You have 3 days from when they were ship to ship them back".  Three days? Too funny.  They cant even arrive at my home from Calif in 3 days.  Not only this, but I called the number on INCFortune because the number for Push Traffic is never answered and I was told they were the same company and I could send the DVDs back to either place and receive my money back and that yes I did have 30 days.  So I have sent them back and have delivery confirmation.  Now we'll see if they return my money.  If not I'll go through Master card and file a dispute on the charge since I can prove that the receive the merchandise back.

At least I had something to return with proof of a return and not like these folks that purchased coaching with no proof that they didnt receive it.  Sad.
