Putt Putt Car Sales Rip-Off Lloyd Jorgenson premauture repo and stole items and caused damages totaling over $1500.00 Apache Junction arizona

in feb. of 2004 i purchased a 1997 jeep wrangler from putt putt car sales .in july of 2004 i purchased a 1998 gmc seira also from putt putt car sales.my payments have always been on time.

i have also bought other vehicals from them there staff always was nice and acted like they were our friends.until they stole my jeep and then no one even wanted to talk to us.

on sep.13 2004 my payment was due on the truck and the jeep.before 10:00 p.m my jeep was taken we called the police because we thought someone stole it (wich putt putt had stole it)the cop told us they repoed it we showed the cop we had the money and told him we were very busy that day and forgot to make the payment there was nothing he could do i immediatly went to putt putt to make payment only to find two men with sarcastic attitudes who refused payment

they eventualy accepted payment on the truck wich is worth less than we owe the jeep they would not give back stalling us for 4 days until finaly telling us we would have 10 days from the day they stole it (now six days after them stalling) to pay the balance owed the reason they wouldnt give back my jeep was because i have spent $5000.00 on upgrades making it woth thousands more than what i owed them with only six days left we started to gather the $4466.12 that we owed plus a $900.00 REPO FEE wich was droped upon asking for a receipt for the repo anyhow we did what they thoght we couldnt and came up with the cash we went to pick up our jeep only to be greeted by there repo man bragging that he took our jeep we paid the balance only to find that they robbed and vandilized our jeep taking thousands of dollors in equipment the repo man denied any wrong doing. yet he fled the car lot upon calling the apache junction police!
