Puttin on the Tips Wont pay me for my last 3 days worked Ocala Florida

This all started 6/21/18, when the owner decided to write me up because I had a family emergency and had to drive to Maryland and get my children. I texted both the owner and the lead instructor at 4am, when I got the call, that i had to go get my children from Maryland and that it was an emergency. The lead instructor said "ok fine text all the students in your phone and let them know that school is closed due to an emergency." So I did! Well that Monday, 6/25/18, I got to work and the owner and the lead instructor were there, both of them spoke to me like everything was ok and I went on to teaching the students. A few hours later, at 5pm, the owner left and the lead instructor called me in the office and said she had to write me up for calling out and not giving them enough time to be able to fill my spot. My response was that it was an emergency, you usually dont get an adequate amount of time for emergencies and I did exactly what SHE told me to do when i had an emergency and texted both her and the owner! She replied that it wasnt sufficient enough because she already had plans on going to Disney that day with her daughter and a friend, and that the owner had the ac people coming to her house so neither of them could come in and cover for me that day. So I said whatever and signed the paper and gave my 2 week notice at that time.

Well I stayed past my 2 week notice because that lead instructor quit and the school would've been closed because there were no other instructors. So the owner finally hired 2 more teachers 2 weeks later and my last day was 7/24/18. On 8/2/18 would be been payday so I texted the owner asking about my paycheck and she would read the messages but wouldnt respond. So I messaged her again and finally she responded that she was busy because they were under staffed and I said ok. So I messaged her again after the school closed about my paycheck for my last 3 days of working, well again no response and now here it is 12hrs later and the next day and still no response! Now we are talking about a woman who has TWO cell phones, that I messaged both of them, and she lives on them and I still havent received a response about my last paycheck!

I decided to my last day was going to be 7/24/18 after students approached me telling me they were pulled aside and asked how they felt about my teaching and when they told the owner that if it werent for me they wouldnt have learned anything because the other instructor didnt help them ever, the owner told the students I wasnt teaching properly. Now mind you the owner only has her license for nails and skin and has not even had it for 2 years yet and hasnt worked in a salon. Then the students continue to tell me that the owner told them that I informed them wrong about color, so I posted the color wheel and gave each student one. I worked 75+ hours in 8 days, 4 of those days were 12+ days, all to find out that the owner was talking badly about me to students and the other 2 teachers she hired. Very unprofessional! And now she wont pay me my last 23.75 hours I worked on 7/19, 7/23, and 7/24!
