went to purrfect auto to get an estimte to repair my car ,when arriving was taken right in ..the owner and mechanic put the car on the lift and then called me inside to show me what the peoblem was,supposibly they said i need to change the rack and pinion $750.00-the fue pressure regulator-$189.00--serpentine belt-$29.95-front brake pads and shoes-$39.95 with a bill of $1800.00 , i told him that i thought that was a lot and i felt i should trade the car in ...he said you don't want to do that you'll pay more in just the tax and plates then what this repair is costing you,tell you what i'm gonna do ,i wont charge you foe wheel balancing,wheel alignment,and installing brakes, so thats all it will cost you is $1300.00 , well i said ,i wont be able to leave the car because i have company comng into town,he says no problem leave the car and well give you a rental and we'll pay for it,,low and behold i went for it," this is the apart that you have to watch for with this owner,he sends me to the office to pay upfront and knows once i pay m hooked and he has my money...so they drive me to enterprise car rental at team ford on drexel rd ,now both of these places are scammers hooked together in one sceam , the lady at enterprise gets a car for me and asks if i want insurance on the vehicle ,i don't know if my insurance covers that ? she says well nevada is a no fault state and if you get in an acccident whether its your fault or not you get stuck for the damages,so i said o.k. ( with all the people in vegas that are from all around the world that dont know how to drive , i figured i'm better off with the insurance,so the next day when i return the car she charges me $52.45 for the rental which is supposed to be paid by purrfect auto,,she says i have to take that up with them, i return to purrfect auto and they send the blame to enterprise so,,the moral of this terrible story is if you want to get ripped off good ,go see thse b*******,if not take your car somewhere else...these two places should be shut down for good.............

after getting a shaft from purrfect auto,i wasn't about to sit and have them smile because they took me for $1300 dollars,so i called channel 13 a fellow there told me to contact the dmv,but as of 10-21-14 haven't heard aything from them,contacted attorney generals office only to find out that they can't help me,contacted the bbb and the bbb contacted them three times but never got a response,i sent the owner a certified letter return reciept requested,but it was refused,contacted my credit card company and denied payment ,two weeks later they sent my credit card compny papers showing i singed a copy of the estimate and my signature on the credit card statement,but low and behold i never signed the estimate ,they signed my name to it , the thing is i have acy of the estimate and my signature is not on it,i tried to get them to consider mediation because i'm retired and i can't afford a lawyer,but they never asnswered the mediators phone calls ,always said cindy's not here she''jj call you back,and never does.so now i'm going to free lawyers meetigs and if i don't get any satisfaction from them im going to file for small claims and go for fraud and forgery chargers and forget about the money because even if i win ,how will i collect the money,
